Hello everyone,
I just found out through a friend that my property insurance was not titled correctly.
This came to light with the LA fires, the insurance companies are denying claims because the property was not titled correctly.
This is legal! If a property is held in a living trust but the insurance policy is still listed in the individual's name, they can deny the claim.
I transferred my property insurance from my name to the Living Trust Title today.
I am including an attachment article on this subject that can explain it better than I 
can.
